he first step is to create a ticket in our system to gather information about the storage device you seek recovery on. When you create a ticket on our contact page, it will generate a case ID number for you to use to track the progress of your recovery. You may also update your ticket if you have any questions or would like to check the status of the recovery. We receive real-time updates any time any client makes an update to their ticket.
After creating a ticket, you will be directed to a thank you page which will provide you further instructions on the steps to take to move forward. If you intend to drop off your device you will need to set up an appointment at our secure gated facility. This can be done by calling in advance or submitting a ticket with the time and date you would like to come by.

Once we receive your device, the evaluation begins. Any updates will be documented in your ticket that was initially created for you. You will also receive a phone call as soon as we have any updates.
After determining what the issue is with your drive, we will contact you and provide you with a flat rate price quote to recover your data. Once we receive your authorization, we will begin the recovery of your data. You will receive your data on an external hard drive, DVDs (if under 10GB), or provided via secure download on the web (if under 100MB).
After the evaluation you have the option of choosing the service level you need. Each service level has a different turn around time and cost.
